Je suis fière d’avoir fait partie de la 4e Biennale Internationale du Pastel de la Société de Pastel en Espagne, l’ASPAS, dont il y a de magnifiques vidéos sur leur site. 140 tableaux et 8,500 visiteurs! Vous verrez l’affiche, dont le tableau est de notre maître pastelliste de Charlevoix, Juan Cristobal. Plus bas, si cela vous intéresse une superbe démonstration de lui en 3 parties. Ne manquez pas de visionner le défilé de musiciens qui a marqué l’inauguration. En même temps vous verrez la magnifique salle d’exposition. Plus bas encore, dans la section Sennelier, commanditaires, deux courtes démonstrations de maîtres avec leurs élèves…superbes. Enfin, beaucoup d’autres vidéos intéressantes, y compris les images des gagnants. Dans « Premios 4e Bienal », vous verrez les gagnants des prix remis par les commanditaires et dans la section « Video finalistas » les finalistes choisis par l’ASPAS. Gracias Espagna!

I am proud to have been a part of the 4th International Pastel Biennial of the Spanish Pastel Society (ASPAS,) for which there are wonderful videos on the ASPAS Website. 140 paintings and 8,500 visitors!! Further down on the page, if you like, you can view a special demonstration by Juan in three parts. Do not miss seeing the videos showing the parade of musicians which opened the show. You will be able to see their beautiful exhibition hall. Below that, in the Sennelier Section (a sponsors) two short demonstrations by masters and their students at work…super!
